Tracy Wheeler Again I find myself owing my wonderful readers an apology.
The area where I live was hit by a major winter storm dropping several inches of snow and ice that snapped trees and power lines and even brought down power polls leaving many people, including myself, without power. Even after the power was finally restored my wi-fi internet was down for awhile longer. Now everything seems to be back to normal (I hope). (more…)

December 4th, 2009 Tracy Wheeler Once again I find myself in need of apologizing and explaining my extended absence.
My husband and I decided to rescue a few dogs from our local animal shelter over the last few months. First we rescued a 1 yr old male Siberian Husky mix (possibly mixed with Rott) and a 1 yr old male Min Pin. Everything went well so we decided to rescue a 1 yr old female Alaskan Husky and a 3 mo old female Rott mix. Most recently we adopted a 2 mo old male Alaskan Husky.We already had a 10 yr old female Min Pin. They all integrated into the family very well. The two 1 yr old Huskies are just oversize puppies. I wanted to post some pictures but for some reason I can not figure out they will not work. I have never had this problem before. If I figure it out I will post the pics at a later time. (more…)
